For players
How do I join?
NebulaMC is three Minecraft servers: Atlas, Orion and Titan. Your rank and Pokédollars only work on the server you pick.
You need Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1 and the "NebulaMC" modpack. Keep the pack updated, because an outdated one sends you to the lobby.
Join play.nebulamc.gg, then choose your server in the lobby.
Do I have to be online to get it?
Yes, on the server it was bought for. Items usually arrive within a few minutes.
Keys come one every few seconds, and if the inventory is full they wait until there's room.
If they still haven't come, open a ticket in #support on our Discord, or email us.
What's on sale?
Digital items for the game: ranks, upgrades, crate keys and gift cards. Nothing comes in the post. A rank doesn't expire.
For parents
My child paid without asking. What do I do?
Email us and send the Tebex receipt. You can also open a Discord ticket.
Are keys random?
Yes. A key opens a crate in the game. The prize is random. Every third open is a Top prize, starting with your 4th.
A Solar, Astral or Cosmic key gives one prize. A Limited Edition key gives exactly 5 prizes, one from each of 5 groups.
The count towards a guaranteed open is per player, crate type and server, and a Top prize by chance doesn't reset it.
Who charges me?
Tebex Limited, our payment company, takes the payment, and its name goes on your statement. We deliver items in game to the player name on the order.
The person paying must be 16 or over. A younger player can send you their basket with "Under 16? Copy a link for your parent", and you pay for it in your own browser.
Can I get a refund?
Tebex's terms treat sales as final, except where consumer law says otherwise.
